1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own personal use. Except where a Product is explicitly published under an open-source license (marked on its page), the Products — including code, art, music, characters, and names — are the property of PickBits and may not be copied, redistributed, re-hosted, or used commercially without a written license. 2. Accounts

Some Products optionally connect to a PickBits account for features such as cloud saves, achievements, and leaderboards. Account creation, billing, and account conduct are governed by the PickBits.AI Terms. You may use every Product without an account.

3. Product use & conduct

• For Products that include leaderboards, no cheating, botting, or exploiting to inflate scores.
• For Products that include leaderboards, display names must not be offensive, impersonating, or misleading.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer server APIs, or gain unauthorized access.

For Products that include them, we may remove scores or achievements for violations. We may also remove access for violations.

4. Virtual items

For Products that are games, in-game currencies, unlocks, and items have no real-world value, are not redeemable, and may be rebalanced or reset as those games evolve.

5. Availability & changes

The Products are living projects. We may update or retire a Product at any time, and may rebalance Products that are games. Where feasible we'll preserve cloud-saved data across updates, but we can't guarantee it will survive every change.

6. Disclaimer

The Products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickBits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product (for free Products: zero).
